Is there some command or driver that I need to download? I've been using my laptop for almost 2yrs. I need your help guys. Thanks!!

It's possible that you keyboard needs to be replaced. I suggest you test using an external USB keyboard. A successful test would confirm that the internal keyboard needs to be replaced.

Thank you very much! But let's say keyboard is still okay, is there some software or driver that somehow get missing?

if it was only the Fn key that was not working. Then you cold download the system driver software from Acer. But, since you say that other keys don't work I would guess that it's a mechanical issue with the keyboard.

Sometimes fn & some keys works fine most of the time isn't. I tried to combine fn w different keys. When Fn + alt, it works normally.. So I guess its a mechanical issue.. Can the keyboard still be replace though?
