Upgrade from vista to windows 7 blank screen

Hello,
When my Toshiba L505 computer installing windows 7 from vista will not boot up just get blank page? once I installed windows 7 I was doing windows up grade. Then all went blank and I can do nothing with it please help..........Ronnie

Ron,

Try to recover your laptop to Factory OUT OF BOX.
- Turn off your laptop.
- Press and hold "0" while pressing the power button.
- Continue to hold '0' until the recovery utility begins.
- Follow the steps provided.

Thank you for your answer but I lost again. I was able to press F8 many times but all
safe mode and down did nothing. I do have the Starting Windows screen for about
8 sec. then a blue screen for 1sec. I can see something on the blue screen but cannot
make it out it is to fast. If you can help I would be very grateful......Ronnie
