LAN shows network cable unplugged

I have a weird problem. If I connect network cable to LAN it works finely. But if I unplugged it and try to plugged it again, it shows network cable unplugged . And if I let it to plugged for some while then the LAN lights turned on and connect to internet finely. This matter happens every time if I unplugged cable to my laptop.

What should I do now please help me

Change the cable. If that doesn't change the indication, then it sounds like a port on a device has bent pins, or physical issues. Change the cable first.
