My os is windows 7.i am getting error like "the file or directory is corrupted and unreadabl in external hard disk.pls give me solution step by step

Try this 1

Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.

"Command Prompt" will be opened.

Since you are having problem with G & H drivers, enter the below command

chkdsk /f i: --> Press Enter.
