Can't log into my account We Can Cook since 11/24/15

Hello Facebook,
Today is Monday, 11/30/15.
Since Wednesday, 11/24/15 I have not been able to log in.

When I try to login a page comes up saying this:
"Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can."

Please advise what I need to do so I can have my account back.

I am Administrator of two groups: We Can Cook Better & Sans 2 Treasures

I did get a message back from FB and they want to make my personal profile a business page and I don't want that. I would rather just change my profile name from We Can Cook to my personal name. How do I get a message to them about that. I did reply to the email sent to me. -sigh- Not sure why they are putting me through this. Thanks.

From experience FB does not allow name changes, it complicates things for them.
