My laptop have a dedicated video memory of 32mb and I love playing good games at my free time which from the size of the memory, it does not allow me play good games. The graphic chip is Intel core i3 what what can I do to make it support good games with that amount of video memory?

You must change your graphic card for a more powerful one. Your computer hardware store should be able to guide according to the games you wish to play.
