Dear Sir

I have the following fields
Month Receipt No Ref No. Name of the student Fees Transport Total. We enter the data according to the receipt No that is amount collected from each student. I want how much amount has been collected from each student in table format. So that outstanding amount can be easily taken. Kindly help to create

so potentially you would have two rows for a student with two receipt number(lets say one for transport and one for fee)
