Greetings Tami , this is what you should do ....
On the very top of your keyboard you should see keys saying F1, F2 until F12 . the one next to the F12 says PrtSc (Print Screen). Then on your keyboard near the bottom left you should find a button saying Fn (Function) keep holding 'Fn' and 'PrtSc' at the same time . And then right click on wherever you want to place it and click paste and it should come up (the whole screen)

Im not after a picture. I need a macro that will do what I need
