Hey there, Pradeep.
You could try reformatting it by using a different computer/device, to see if the same thing happens. If that doesn't prove useful, you could try removing the write protection by following this tutorial: https://ccm.net/faq/4214-how-to-disable-write-protection-on-a-usb-key#q=remove+write+protection&cur=1&url=%2F Another option would be to try and reformat the USB flash drive via its manufacturer's formatting tool (most manufacturers offer tools and utilities for their memory cards and flash drives, which can fix or reformat them).
