Hello,

Sir I got a problem, I updated my window 8.1 on window 10, after two months my system get slow so I do recovery options and then uninstall options, now the system is just showing black screen with Dell icon, I try to go to my screen but I am fail each time..please help

Did you try to boot into "safe mode"?
Press F8 after you see the Dell Logo.
