Power issue

Hello,
I have HCL ME54 model laptop, There is problem while starting of my laptop. When i press the power button, the light and fan is running for few moment after that i get trip, i tried to use normal trouble shoot , as i pluged out the battery then i hold power butten for 30 second to 1 min, but still the issue is going on , please suggest

You probably have a hardware failure that needs a PC Tech with physical access to the laptop to diagnose.
