Hello,
I have tried sending my music from my laptop to my mobile via bluetooth but it keeps saying 'files not sent' and I cannot understand why. Is there another way I can transfer my music?

Hello,

The other way is to plug your mobile to your PC.
Notice that you have to install Samsung Kies on your computer
