Irretating ads on LG phone

hi guys! i have a problem with my mom phone LG G3 . i want to remove all the ads that always popping on the screen. the ads always popping on the screen whenever the wifi is on/off and because of that i cant do what i want to do. I've tried what i have been searched online they say i need to reboot .. i did! but i fail. i tried to fix it by using just the setting on the phone, i've click something on the "developer option" and now i cant open the phone.. what should i do? my mom will ganno kill me :(

To perform a master reset using the hardware keys, follow these steps:

Back up all data on the internal memory.
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Power and Volume down keys on the back of the device.
When the LG logo appears, release and then re-hold the Power key while continuing to hold the Volume down key.
