I have forgotten screen pin lock to my samsung tab

please help. I have locked my samsung galaxy tab and accidently i have forgotten that pin code. I tried many times more than 150 but no change. After 5 try they tell me to wait 30 sec and try again. It keeps useful data may not be lost that is why i don't to do hard reset. I need your help
