samsung galaxy s5. android 5.
my usb debugging option in developer is off. (to form of pale) & I cant check or uncheck it. please help me.

my developer option is active, But the USB debugging option is pale & inaccessible

Try this:

1. connect phone to pc
2. see USB icon on shortcut drop down, you see message : charge only , USB storage , go to pc-software and press ok.

USB debugging options should be able to tick.

The problem was of "samsung knox" software. When I disable it Fixed.
However, thanks.
