Dell laptop XPS M1530 o key was slow to respond

Hello can you tell me why keys sometimes are delayed in reponding? I had this before on left side of keyboard. This morning had trouble getting sound to come on,and the o key had to click on 2 r 3 times to get it to appear on screen?? Thank you very much!!

Try an external keyboard and see if you get the same results

thank you I restarted comp a number of times it is fine now--now delay!! thanks!!

thank you for your efforts!! The key is functioning properly now--I restarted computer a number of times no --delay now --thanks!!
