Hi,I have a laptop Hewlett-Packard and virus on it so i tried everthing and then i turned it off but then when i wanted to turn it on it did not turn on everthing was going until i got to the password part and then the window screem was black.i had to use my friends pc to write this massage.could some body help me ?

hi,
you have not mentioned any of the things you tried.
try to boot in safe mode by pressing F8 repeatedly and then select Safe Mode.
when you are logged into safe mode, you can install an antivirus and do a scan to get rid of the virus.
Or you may do a system restore as well.
