Trying to fix my Toshiba Satelte C 655 Tried to download windows 10 on it didn't work....now I'm just Desperately Trying to restore it back to factory settings.... I'm get error code F3-F100-0010.... I don't have boot disk but I herd u don't need it to restore it to factory settings someone please help!!...
