Hello,
sir I use HUAWEI Internet of BSNL.
BUT I dont get surfing speed as well as download speed so give me a best way to get speed of
surfing and downloading.

Do you mean you don't get the speed your'e paying for? if so thats completly normal....NOBODY DOES
