Screen and Capslock button Flickering on start up

Hello,
I am having HP Notebook 2000 and when I start my laptop then after the bios option means after 1-2 second of startup the laptop screen starts flickering continuously and the caplocks button also....it never ends...I kept my laptop in that is situation for 10-15 minutes but it not ended.....I have done it several times but the same things happens....When I press F11 for recovery then same flickering of screen and caps lock happens...Please help me...
