How to delete message on desktop

Hello,
i am have problems with my operating system . i want delete the notice of genuine windows so i did used regedit/hey_local_machine / software /microsoft/windowsNT/current version /winlogon/

i dont have" notice folder" how can i solve this problems give solution ok i wating for your replay

hi,
this message means that you don't have a genuine windows operating system running on your computer.
try to do a system restore and select a date when your did not yet made the update.
this should fix the problem.
