Turn off message preview on Viber

Each time that you receive a new message on Viber, a small notification containing part of the text message (a preview), will be displayed on the screen of your device. To disable this message preview feature on Viber, follow the below procedure.

To turn off message preview on Viber:

  • Open Viber.
  • Tap on the Menu key > Settings.
  • Go to the " Notifications " section.
  • Uncheck "Show message preview".
