PC Won't start up

I have a problem with my PC all the stuff is running fans,LEDs and stuff I have a windows 10 and when you open it the windows load and a few minutes it will freeze and the circle loading thing won't move any more pls help

Hi Kobi,

Is it possible to open BIOS on startup? If it is, check if the hard drive appears correctly. There may be a hard drive issue which prevents Windows from loading. Do you have valuable data on the drive? Try using a Windows installation DVD or USB and select the Repair option after booting. Are you using a desktop PC?
If you have the possibility connect the drive to another PC as a secondary drive and try to access it and backup the data.
