Hi Jean,
Open Disk Management and check if the USB appears with correct file format and proper drive letter. The USB drive does not appear in My Computer or appears and shows an error when trying to access it? I strongly recommend you to check the drive on another PC. If you do not have this option, open Command Prompt and type the command
chkdsk D: /f, where D is the USB drive letter. Let me know if there is any progress.
