2 xbox 360 live signal keeps dropping out

Hello,
Im sorry if this has been asked before and very new to this, my two boys have xbox 360 s with xbox live I have 1 connected with Ethernet cable and 1 wireless to bt hub 4 yet the signal keeps dropping out and they carnt invite to play on them please help
