New sd card 93rd card full

I am New at all deck stuff. In the past I bought New card, removed old one, put in New. It worked.
This time I had moved apps to sd card
and except for Facebook, I get comments:"3rd card removed; 93rd card full (old one was full).

What can I do now???

Hi Liveinlibrary,

Are using this SD card in a PC with some kind of adaptor or you are using it in some other device? Sadly, SD cards are easily damaged and it would be great if you can try the card on another device. Backup all information, format the card and try again. Let me know if there is any progress!
