                    Hi Liveinlibrary,
Are using this SD card in a PC with some kind of adaptor or you are using it in some other device? Sadly, SD cards are easily damaged and it would be great if you can try the card on another device. Backup all information, format the card and try again. Let me know if there is any progress!
