cause of fault:my motherboard fan is working still no display
I got answers from old reply .Also I could solve my problem by discconecting power cord & then by pressing power button for 30 seconds ,if i switch on ,it works
But I am supplying PC to many sectors ,if this problem persists ,how can we solve this problem from very begining ?
I am using AMD 3400 CPU with motherboard,2 gb ram ,64 gb ssd,17 inch square led & evermedia graphic card
please suggest cause of this problem

The problem is cause by what is called "flea" power, in other words residual power left in the circuits which must be drained. The issue can not be resolved at the source, one time or another a laptop may experience it.
