Keys and spacebar don;t work

I have a Acer Aspire snid-13222097116 The B,V,Z and spacebar do not work. This computer is only a 1yr old. It use to be my Moms but she doesn't use it, My brother cleaned all her information out and started over now these keys do not work, PLEASE HELP

I suggest you try using an external USB Keyboard. It's probable that you internal keyboard has failed and needs to be replaced. An external keyboard is a cheap solution.
