                    Hi Sandy,
I would recommend you to check the pendrive on another PC. Is the situation the same? Open Disk Management and check if the drive appears. Right click on it and assign a new drive letter. Once done that, open Command Prompt and use the chkdsk D: /f command where you must replace D with the drive’s letter.
