Hi Srinu,
I would recommend you to open the Command Prompt and use the following commands:
Diskpart
List volume
Select volume n (n must be the number of the drive)
Attributes disk clear readonly
Exit
Press Enter after every command. Check if the problem is solved.
If you do not have important data on the drive, boot in Safe Menu and try to format the drive through Disk Management. Let me know if there is any progress.
