HI EVERYBODY. I RECENTLY DID THE FREE UPDATE FROM WINDOWS 7 TO WINDOWS 10. NOW I,VE LOST MY DVD PLAYER , AND AM UNABLE TO VIEW DVDS ON MY PC. I CAN VIEW FROM MY LIBRARY, BUT WHEN I INSERT ADVD INTO MYPC. NOTHING HAPPENS. I,VE LOOKED ON THE INTERNET, ASKED WINDOWS, BUT CANT GET A SOLUTION. THE ONE WINDOWS GIVES IS NO GOOD. SEEING ITS THEIR PROGRAM, IT IS DISSAPOINTING. IF ANYONE CAN HELP I WILL BE VERY GLAD. BEST WISHES.

Reinstall the driver.
