Problem with my desktop computer

Hello,
Please if any one can help me,
I have problem with my desktop computer when I turn it on it's showing RAM test (counting) and then system failer and I tried to remove all PCI cards and also the same , I removed the RAM the system peeps , I wanted to install new OS the system can not boot from the CD even it can not find any removable device and I am not able to access the bios (enter the setup) , by the way I have two DVD drives I cann't boot from both of them , one thing I didn't try yet which is replace the RAM but I think it will not solve the problem.
If you have any suggestion please write to me.

this seems to be a RAM failure.
get it replaced.
