I follwed the steps but i am not getting the mail

i deleted emails from Trash. How can i find them.
I followed the procedure went on search drop down filled all required but nothing retrieve i deleted emails from trash 3 monthg ago. What folder shall i search for its not in trash

No doubt they were deleted from the server.
