Hi there. I have a computer, every time the monitor goes to sleep but takes time to display/wake up.

Another Question, I bough a new HP Laptop, when I installed OS Windows 7, it fails to load files and executes installation of windows

I think you have that setting to sleep early once you change the setting you will no longer have this issue.

Regarding Window 7 - Check whether your laptop model is compatible with window 7, you need to go to the official website and check you hp model with compatible operating system.
