Graphic card black screen problem

Hello,
i just bought a new graphic card nvidia GF 210. I opened up my cpu inserted the graphic card and connected the vga cable, then turned on my cpu. It is showing no display but monitor is working fine , i can hear the welcome sound. I cant even install my graphic card .

PLEASE HELP.

Did you try using the old video card?
