Problems of password

I am using my Facebook password in another accounts(not in Facebook). when I log out my fb and also log in..it shows that my password is old. they don't accept the password. when I send a new password it sent in my email. but I have forgotten my e-mail's password.. thats why I don't get new password. now please tell me what should I do.?? its an important account. please.
