Hi
You can also opt out the "Forgot Password" option in case you have lost your password. Let me tell you the steps :-
1. Click Forgot Password option.
2. You will see the screen like below .
3. Enter your email address on the box & click continue.
4. Gmail will ask for the last password you remembered in the next screen.
5. Type the password and you ill be able to sign in or you can reset the password to.
6. But if you don't remember your last password then it will text a code on your verified phone number.
7. Enter the text afterward and you will be able to access your Gmail account.
