If you manually disabled your own Facebook Account, you can simply just log back in and follow the prompt to re-active.
If Facebook disabled your account, you have to contact them directly by filling out a form https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907
If the violation was soft, they will reinstate your account easy. If it was something serious then it may be a while.
