Google account disabled due to suspicious acitivity

Hello,

I can't access my account, while login into my account it shows your gmail account disabled due to suspicious activity, I forgot my recovery mail id (secondary mail). Could you please guide me to recover my gmail account.

Hi,
Google Accounts are disabled if you have violated its Terms of Service or account policies. Not to worry - your account has not been deleted, your data is still intact. Just go to this link https://support.google.com/accounts/contact/disabled2
and fill out the form and submit it
