Hello, the top left screw fell out of my asus laptop but i found it and screw it back in. However now the wifi is not working. It allows me to connect but then says no connection and google chrome says 'There is no Internet Connection'. When i troubleshoot, it says 'There might be a problem with the driver for the Ethernet adapter' and 'There might be a problem with the driver for the Wi-Fi adapter'. Please help!

Some part was damaged or just loosen on the motherboard. Consult a technician.
