Keyboard types numbers instead of letters

Hello, I have a Dell which I bought in the UK. When I type p I get p0 or when I type i I get i8.

Please help me, I have read other post but were not helpful

If you get multiple letters/numbers then you keyboard needs to be replaced. I suggest you test using an external USB keyboard and then call Dell for a replacement.
