i can not see my hd in my computer Closed

Question

I see it under device manager but not under computer. Can't access the drive. it does not appear accessible. But it does show up under device mgr. Any advice? i use window 10. it is happen when i use it in window7.



Configuration: Windows / Firefox 45.0

OK, Hard drive and external usb are not the same thing.  Is it a USB drive?  what make and model?
