Go to Menu→Settings→Configuration settings→Personal configuration settings
Option > Add new > Select Web
Then fill the following blanks
i. Account name =
ii. Homepage =
iii. User name = <Leave Blank>
iv. Password = <Leave Blank>
v. Access point settings:
1. Proxy = Enable
2. Proxy address =
3. Proxy port =
4. Data bearer = GPRS (or Packet Data)
5. Bearer settings:
a. GPRS access point =
b. Authentication type = Normal
c. Username =
d. Password =
Activation: Menu→Web→Settings→Configuration Settings
Configuration = Personal config
Account =
Give a callto service provider and ask them for your settings. If they offer to send an OTA setting to you, accept it because the update will be automatic and you can save the hassle of going through this process
