MS Publisher software

I downloaded the software for Publisher and lo and behold! IT IS IN FRENCH - I think! It definitely is not in English which is the only language I understand. Do I have to download another copy or is there something I can do to switch this to English? Thanks.

Sorry but Publisher is no longer offer as a standalone.
