Hello, my email acount was been hacked can not be send mesages or use my paswoord saye it does not work wat can I do to get my paswoord back use my email again pleace help me

I'm not sure wen I want to do same thing om Flint.com send pic or same thing and want to use my email it show my old one ***@*** were my new one is ***@*** and use my pasword it show in anvalid
