How do i recover pictures lost to virus

Hello

Is there a way i can recover my photos which i lost to a virus? The photos were in my laptop, i have tried many ways i cant get them. I have also tried getting them from the camera which i used with no success

Photos don't get lost to a virus, what virus was it and how did you disinfect your laptop?

Actually, what happened is i inserted an external hard drive on someone's laptop. When i then used it on my laptop, i just realised that all the pictures, photos were just disappearing from my computer. Seriously i have no idea what kind of virus it could have been. Thank you Ambucias for the assistance

Hello,
# Download USB Fix
  • Launch it, a shortcut will be created on your desktop.
  • Choose "Clean" option.
  • A pop-up will follow
    Connect all your external data sources to your PC (Usb keys, sd cards external drives, etc...)
  • Once you're ready, click "OK".
  • While cleaning, you will lose access to your desktop, but this is normal.

The numbers of analyzed and infected elements are displayed.
