Forgot my password to an old gmail account

I had to factory reset my phone so in doing this I had to erase my old gmail while I put a new Gmail on and I want to add my old gmail back on but I forgot the password so I need help doing that so I can bring back my old Gmail

anybody can help me to get my old password back I sat know my old phone no also n secret question....help me to get back my old gmail password back
