R/Sir/Madam
i have HPnotebook15 product number K7W77UA#ABA
i have RAM 4.00 GB . but it still 1.83 usable i want my fully RAM.plz Help

If you have Windows 32 bit then that's within the normal range for RAM.

but i have RAM 4.00 GB. i need full for use . any opinion ,.? should i change window ?

Windows will never report the full amount of RAM as available, Because, there is memory address space allocated for I/O butters and you video card. It appears that you have a 1 GB video card which is using address space. Windows 64 bit will allow you to use more of the 4 GB,
