Transfer iPod music to computer

Hello, I have a ipod from few years ago (about 7) anyway I had laptop and had aol as my internet. I no longer have laptop and when the sony ipod radio died I just put ipod away. now I got a ion rock blaster and able to play my music on it from ipod but want to try to save them on my computer. I forgot the itune password and id to transfer my music to other devices help please I don't want to download all my disk again thank u Luanne
