Unable to type # and @ with shift + combination?

Hello,

I am unable to type @ and # using the shift+ key. although iam able to to it using shift + "

Please help me to fix the keyboard so i can type the special characters the normal way.

perhaps you need to change the keyboard language in the keyboard ico in the control panel.

PC's in India often have multiple language pacs installed.

Unable to complete request on messenger app

Hello, I have a problem with the messenger app on my phone. I get this: "Error: Unable to complete request. Please try again later."  I have tried everything I can think of by updating the app to the newest version, deleting and reinstalling the app, changing my facebook password and more. Nothing works and there are no facebook support chat to talk to. It's been happening for weeks now. How do I fix this problem?

Hello,
i have a problem in portable counter strike 1.6.
he is saying to me unable to load authentication library, exiting
what can I do ? ..... half an hour before I was just playing when I notice that I can change the screen size setting
from that time ...till now I can play because it is failing to load.
